Pic 1 & 2: This is my collection (so far) of Soda Tabs. Lorie is (hopefully) going to make me a graduation lei when I, obviously, graduate from boot camp. Can you see all my blue Monster tabs? That’s what’s up. Added the two red ones - not the best flavor. I have two yellow tabs in there somewhere.

Pic 3,4,5: Didn’t work out Sunday; wouldn’t call what I did yesterday a workout SO I hauled my ass onto my feet and went for a 2.21 mile run. Did some calisthenics afterwards and I was feeling fantastic. Made a smoothie - not as flavorful as that Jamba Juice BUT it’s probably healthier. Speaking of healthy, we’re eating Mexican food for dinner so I had to get a Cali burrito - haven’t had one in a while.

2012 01 22

I haven’t worn this shirt in a while: fern green corduroy button-down I got from Forever 21, paired with some dark blue jeans and, my go-to shoes, Chuck Taylors. As you can see in the third picture I decided to sport my Weekender again - this time with a chocolate brown leather strap (as shown in one of my previous post).

There’s something about Chucks…they’re the kind of shoe that looks really f-ckin’ good even if they’re dirty and busted. I saw somebody earlier wearing brand spankin’ new Chucks and I must admit…it looked funny. In any case, I hope your day went as well as mine did.

54 days left until I go to boot camp. Trying to spend is with as much family and friends as possible.

My Day (So Far)

06:00 - Woke up. Went back to bed.

10:00 - Went for a morning jog - 1.97 miles in 16:46 (8’31” /mi pace)

12:44 - Pic 1-4 / I won at the casino(s) yesterday so I wanted to treat myself to some comics. I biked on over to Chula Vista mall and upon entering Comics-n-Stuff I was feeling good…only to find out that they didn’t have ANY Deadpool comics (Well they had Deadpool Max but I don’t read those). Typically I try to buy either Deadpool or any Marvel Limited Series comics, which is what I did as seen in my 5th pic (Avengers: X-Sanction 1 & 2 of 4). As I walked towards the counter I saw that they had Deadpool Classic (1997) vol. 6. I figured “Might as well start this collection with the paperbacks”, so I did.
14:50 - Came home to two packages; these weren’t supposed to arrive for another week so yay for me. My Iron Man/Thor 1-4 (Ltd. Series) came in AND three leather straps I bought via eBay - the straps are a bit long so I’m gon have to cut them but whatever…I don’t care. As you can see I put my Weekender on one of ‘em.
