Today I had…the best workout EVER. PERIOD. Wait…is that redundant? Haha. On a side note though, I rarely do parallel bar dips but WOO BOY, they’re difficult! (Only cause I weigh so much, bwahaha). …get in a REAL good workout - especially some core workouts, and then the next day you sneeze and that shit hurts like hell? Yeah thats’s me right now…I’m really hating that 2nd day soreness, oh gaawwwwwwwdd. Haven’t worked out this hard in a while and oh man…oh mmmmaaaaaan. I love it, but I hate sneezing, LOL.
