I’m not as into CrossFit as people might assume when I say I do it, but it is something that keeps me motivated to stay in shape.
Have you ever done a WOD? Shit’s intense. You think you can’t burn a lot of calories in 15-20 minutes, do a WOD. Seriously. It’s crazy.
I rarely do the recommended workouts they post daily, but sometimes I refer back to them when I can’t think of what to do.
My room mate has that iron gym pull up bar thing that “attaches” to your door. Every time I go pee I do a set on it: pull ups, chin ups, leg raises, gorilla chin ups, etc. I do SOMETHING. It helps me I guess. I hope.
I need to work on my abs.
